As a part of continuous improvement in process and products industry layout and drawings should undergo revision at periodic interval. Hence all the AS BUILT drawings should be updated with change information is integral process in order to make work place as safe and efficient.

While carry out such modification drawing revision level also changed to next higher order with capturing the key information behind the revision level. Below is the common arena where in drawing information calls for revision.
